RSVP and purchase tickets here for the 2026 Westside Girls Gymnastics Year-End Banquet held on Sunday June 1, 10am to 1:30pm at Langdon Farms Golf Club located at 24377 NE Airport Rd #1 Aurora, OR 97002. Ticket price includes buffet brunch. Cash bar will be available.

What to wear? To quote Mary Pomerleau, “Dress like you are going to a wedding but you are not in the wedding.” :)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

• Each gymnast receives two free tickets: 1 ticket for your gymnast and 1 adult ticket.

• If your family is using one or both of the free tickets, you must indicate below how many are needed so we can track guest numbers.

• For any tickets beyond the two free ones, purchase them below.

Example 1: Your gymnast is attending, plus one parent. Add to your cart one free gymnast ticket, and one free adult ticket. “Purchase” as you would regular tickets, you will not be charged, but you are included in the guest numbers.

Example 2: Your gymnast is attending, plus two parents, plus one sibling aged 6. Add to your cart one free gymnast ticket, one free adult ticket, one $35 adult ticket, and one $25 child ticket. Four people total are included in your guest numbers.

Free - 4 and under - even though there is no cost for 4 and under, please indicate how many tickets are needed

Note: Adult tickets have increased this year due to a substantial increase in the cost of the venue.
